I’ve gone to Midas twice now with two different vehicles in very different states of repair. On both occasions, I was fully informed of any issues in order of priority for my safety, and provided with options to tailor the solutions where possible. Excellent customer service and quality of the work.
Brought my car in after seeing a previous Midas in Tingapala - was left clueless and was told they assumed it was my shocks/ my suspension after they had my car for 4 hours before I had to come in and pick it up as they couldn’t pin my problem in the car within the timeframe they had given me as I had errands to run. Called Midas in Coorparoo about a quote on an inspection for a second opinion after my experience with the Tingalpa team and there was availability straight away to come in ; left for 15 minutes and as I barely ... read more
I have been going here for years. I actively go out of my way to go here even after moving away from the suburb. Always received great and genuine service on my car and friendly, fast service upon pickup. Recommend.
