Always had great experiences with Midas, they are very upfront with their updates and estimates, very understanding and nice.
They are either incompetent or lazy but definitely full of it. Took my truck in for an oil change. Engine has less than 10K miles on it. Later that week I noticed huge oil spots in driveway everywhere I had parked the truck. I crawled under and noticed it was coming from the area of the oil filter so I took it back to them and asked them to check it.
