Mike and Chris are awesome people!!
I was so pleased to be able to be seen when I found out my car was leaking oil. I didn’t have to wait and they knew exactly what was wrong. They had the part and were able to get me in and out very quickly. The part had a warranty and they honored it. They even helped me get home and back since I lived around the corner. Will go back!
After a lot of bad experiences with mechanics Mike and his crew are hands down the best experience we’ve had in Knoxville!
Will 100% be coming back here for all other services my car needs. Came in for an alignment after getting front end work done previously at a dealership, Mike's techs were able to get me sorted out and my steering wheel straightened in no time. Would definitely recommend this Midas to anyone looking around for an honest repair and service shop.
Mike and his people at Midas Knoxville are great. I was given 2 options for my muffler repair both very reasonable. There was no pressure to pick either one just an easy to understand pros and cons. The work was done quickly and professionally. I would not hesitate to go there again.
