Thank you Midas for diagnosing my road noise as just my two tires that had recently been rotated. I had no idea. A shop down the road C------s had said I needed ball joints and a tie rod for over $820 and I got two new tires for $230 and my noise is gone. Kudos. Mr. Happy Bill S.
Customer service here was great. They could have charged me a lot of money for a diagnostic and so on but told me to tighten my gas cap and see if it clears up in 20-30 miles... that took care of it! Their honesty is appreciated and noted!
