I had the opportunity to watch these guys in action and believe they do an excellent job. The technicians were busy working and I heard no yelling or fooling around. Everyone was very respectful, helpful, and friendly, which made what was a big expense and inconvenience (due to my car brake line breaking) into a pleasant experience. I was accommodated without an appointment when I had an emergency. Great service! They have a terrific crew!
I was very impressed with the excellent service I received at this Midas shop last week for my 1997 Toyota 4Runner. I had previously taken the 4Runner to a brake/muffler shop and a mechanic and my experience with this Midas shop was exponentially better. Their staff is clearly above the competition in terms of diagnostic skills, repair skills, and customer service.
