Got a horrible scare while getting my oil changed! Was told there was rat poisoning in my cabin air filter so I would have to buy a new one. The general manager won't refund the money for the air filter after the store manager admitted that he didn't know what the pellets were they found laying on top of the filter and he shouldn't have said they were rat poisoning.
Really Saturday afternoon and you can't assist me with a nail in my tire until Monday!!! It's not like I need an engine overhaul. I've come in for other work in the past with an appointment when it made since. I'll not be back...
