I have taken two vehicles and a trailer to this business over the past year or so. Tire replacement and other repairs, as well as prices have been much better than I could find locally...even though I am from out of town. I give them 5 stars for taking care of me and my needs when I come town, as well as honesty and dependable service.
Honesty, efficiency, friendliness, and quality. What else could you want? All of my automotive work will be done here from now on. It's worth the drive from Lexington, Winchester, or Georgetown.
The most honest and reliable place I've ever had the pleasure to visit. The customer service and workmanship is top notch and prices are fair! Unlike a lot of other places they are honest about what work needs to be done and won't lie just to make more money. Great people and great service. Had a great experience at Midas today! They were busy, but fit me in even though I didn't have an appointment. When things slowed down the mechanic (Steve) even took the time to walk me through how the brake job worked while he was doing it, really interesting (and gave me the old part to show my husband!). Great staff, competent and low pressure, they've earned my business!
I just wanted to express how satisfied I was with Midas of Frankfort. I drove from Lexington because I knew that I would get the service that was needed, without any hidden agendas. All of the employees, from the mechanics to the owners, took their time to explain things, answer my questions, and just acknowledge my presence. I have never experienced anything like this from any vehicle repair service...not even where I bought my van.
Scott and his staff did an excellent job on my car. If you need exhaust, wheels, tires, or an alignment give Scott a chance to earn and keep your business.
