I wish there was another option in Ottumwa. I paid my bill online March 9th. They took it out of the account then and put it in pending status. Apparently, they also returned it to the account and then tried to take it out MARCH 24TH! We didn't have $350 in the bank account that day and we were charged an overdraft fee by our bank. We were also charged a late fee by MidAmerican. We also weren't made aware of any of this until April 12th. They're theives.
