Moved & forgot to cancel service so I was charged. Most racist company I have ever dealt with. They claim I removed my automatic payment so they can charge extra fees and make me pay more than I originally owed. Why would I ever remove my automatic payment from my bank account? Stop lying to customers with Hispanic last names just so you can charge them higher late fees than everyone else.
Can we make it normal to higher actual people to receive payments. My god. Just wasted 10 minutes on the phone with their shitty ass automatic system only to get to one of the last steps (entering your phone number) and the phone just goes silent for 2 minutes. Guess this month will be late since companies don’t care to invest in employees that can take payments.
