Moved & forgot to cancel service so I was charged. The moment I was notified of the charge I called before it had even processed out of my bank account & I was told they would in fact be charging me anyway as it was my fault for calling the day the payment was to be automatically withdrawn & not cancelling as they “couldn’t prove no one has been living there.” Seems wild but fair enough I suppose.(Definitely lacking on customer service skills) Then, I am charged a random $34 after paying the amount I owe, and now again owe $... read more
Most racist company I have ever dealt with. They claim I removed my automatic payment so they can charge extra fees and make me pay more than I originally owed. Why would I ever remove my automatic payment from my bank account? Stop lying to customers with Hispanic last names just so you can charge them higher late fees than everyone else.
Can we make it normal to higher actual people to receive payments. My god. Just wasted 10 minutes on the phone with their shitty ass automatic system only to get to one of the last steps (entering your phone number) and the phone just goes silent for 2 minutes. Guess this month will be late since companies don’t care to invest in employees that can take payments.
