From the initial consult to my post-op appointment, the entire staff was amazing. They answered all of my questions without hesitation (typically already had answers for me before I even asked) and made me feel so comfortable. For me, any big change sometimes allows my anxiety takes over and boy did it. Megan, Brittney, and Dr. Diederich MADE SURE I knew I was heard and seen. They completely put my mind at ease and I would recommend MidAmerica to anyone.
