Cory, Dylan and Alex did an amazing job on waterproofing our basement. They were quick, clean and explained everything in the end. Very personable and quick. Highly recommend!
Dillon oriented me with my current system and allowed me time to ask questions and understand the work being done. After a couple months of owning my home, during a heavy storm, I noticed a small amount of moisture intrusion in my basement. The basement if fully finished and nice and I wanted to protect it so I contacted MidAmerica to do an inspection. Daniel came out and did a very thorough inspection and asked good questions to come to the likely culprit of the water intrusion. Kevin, Jimmie, Jose, and Shamus were pentultimate pros. A+ recommend their waterproofing and foundation services. My 100 year old limestone foundation and center support beam were badly cracked and starting to fail. Always damp and musty is remediated with a new sump and drainage system. Their communication during the job was thorough and respectful. And their work is top notch.
The most recent annual service appointment was very smooth, pleasant and informative. Dillon was very personable and helpful. I appreciate that my basement does not smell of mildew even on the most humid of days since the installation of the Sani-dry system.
