I have now bought 4 cars from Mid Western Auto and have been extremely happy with each and every car including the sales people and office staff. I have recommended several people to purchase vehicles here and they have also received the same great service.
Mid-Western Auto Sales did everything to make sure I was satisfied to the fullest extent possible. No matter the obstacle that arouse, they made sure i was put first. I originally got a minivan, and something came up where I couldn't take that van so they put me in a van of greater value. To me most delearships are not trying to put the customer first. At Mid-Western Auto Sales I was put first everytime.
i have got 2 cars in the past five years from Mid-western auto sales. I have send all my friends and family to this car lot! They have never done me wrong.. I will never use another car lot. The first car i got i have put 90,000 miles on it and have nothing to it but regular crap like batt, brakes, and oil changes.. Between me and my friends we have got 7 cars from Mid-western over the last 5 years... Keep up the good work Dewayne and all of the staff at Mid-western...... We love you guys...
I had just been offered a job after being laid off for 8 months, AND I bought my 97 ford ranger, on September 24th 2011, I test drove the vehicle and asked about their inspections, and what was done to the vehicle before they sold it, he said they gave the vehicle a through check for mechanical issues and completed some repairs to make sure it was safe and fluid changes, the vehicle had some oil leaks, and some other minor issues (to be expected) I was told about their repair service, that they would do repairs for a very re... read more
They run a dirty business,dont ever buy a car there, they charge 30% interest ,I was told my pay off was one amount one month and then they changed it the next month.You are much better off going to a dealership, even if u dont have perfect credit, they wont charge u as much as this place will.
my girlfriend went here yesterday and we saw of couple cars that caught our eye a 2002 impala and a 2003 malibu well we test drove them both and the malibu was just nice ran great plus it only had 64000 and change on the mileage so here comes the good part but not really the salesman comes out and he intially says for the cash we had on hand no problem every things hunkie dorie we can get you in this today drive right outta here no problem well the salesman went inside and here come this part owner big wig guy maybe thought ... read more
They are awful...they buy cars from auctions by the truck load real cheap, clean them up real nice on the inside/outside and put them on the car lot. No checks or repairs of the actual mechanics of the car. No warranties. Once you drive it off the lot it's your problem..they attach a device to your car and every week when you make your payment they give you a code to enter into it. If you don't make your payment to get the code, your car won't start. They'll smile and tell you anything to get your down payment. This place is... read more
