Picked up a load from these folks going to Pennsylvania FCFS, I arrived just before they opened at 06:30 was given a door, loaded and on the road about 07:15. Nice facility with more than ample room for maneuvering. The people here are very friendly, polite, and professional. It was a pleasure to pickup and haul their product.

This is the home office of Midwest 4 Pets, which makes dog crates. My five month old puppy was able to cause the Ultima Pro dog crate to collapse. Not exactly Ultima. I contacted Midwest about this, since the ability of a puppy to accomplish this would suggest a product deficiency. Midwest's response was to reject that suggestion, even though I had to zip tie the panels of the crate to prevent a recurrence. Midwest's further response was that I should buy yet another Midwest product. Not likely.
