Horrible service, tried to book an appointment lady on the phone tells me there isn’t anything available until January and when I tell her someone from the Dr office called me to book a follow up appointment for this week, she says there is no such appointment and hangs up on me. Doesn’t call back to book the appointment nothing. Don’t recommend, staff is in dire need of bedside manners with patients.
RecommendedDr. Is a class act and has many years of experience. He’s down to earth and easy to approach on any subject matter. One time I had severe bronchitis for like three weeks and His treatment knocked the disease out of my system. I could go to any Dr in the valley but I choose Dr Roger Heredia. I highly recommend Dr Heredia.
