Great Staff Great Training Programs and all together just a Great Facility
This is the best place to de-stress ,and fit up! To get your Zumba on come on Tues, and Thurs, @6:30 pm you will definitely get a work out.
The Zumba and Zumba Strong classes are excellent! Friendly instructors and staff.
I love this health club. The owners and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I really enjoy the pool! I feel very comfortable working out here. I have had 2 other gym memberships and did not like the atmosphere in either of those gyms. This club is comfortable and has a friendly easy going atmosphere.
