My family and I have bought several trucks from Mid-Tenn ford and have had nothing but the best in customer service!! I worked with Trey Moon and he went out of his way to answer all my question and made me feel comfortable throughout the buying process. The service department is the best in the business. Candice is kind, efficient and they get things done in a timely manner!! I love that this is a family owned and operated dealership and I will not buy from anybody else!!
The heavy truck shop is by far full of the most genuine, knowledgeable people I've brought my truck to. I've been through 4 Ford dealers and service areas that don't know anything about their own products, and these guys were like a beacon of light from heaven itself. Horrible place. Glorified thieves. Had the unfortunate experience of being towed here by wrecker service. NEVER LET THAT HAPPEN TO YOU!!!!
Had an accident that was pretty bad on my front end. They towed my truck to the shop for me, and started working on it very soon. My truck looks great, just like brand new and it was finished in a timely manner. The guy at the body shop was very helpful in keeping me updated throughout the process. If i were to ever have any issues with my vehicle again, ill definitely take it to MidTenn because i will know that it will be in good hands. All around a great experience!
