Fantastic at what they do. They did an awesome job closing our pool this year. They showed up on time and operated like a well-oiled machine( great efficiency and speed), and showed up on time, all for a reasonable price. A+
We have used Midstates pool svc for years. They have been flexible and prompt. The phone number is not working, and I am not sure if they still operate at this time.

I reached out to Mid-States Pool to help with a major issue we have that we cannot fix or figure out. I reside in IN, and found upon calling that they don't have a license to service Indiana. After already calling 4 other locations to find out they don't help with chemical treatments period, and that Mid-State didn't have the right license for INDIANA, they still educated me the the full extent, what to look for, what to buy to fix, how to treat the issue I had.
