Dr Rich take his time for explaining everything I need to know and ask, very friendly and helpful and I can’t wait for look forward meet all again.

I've been at St. Thomas hospital for bypass surgery, it was supposed to be a 2 hour surgery and took 6 and half hours 2 days later he did another surgery and he put me to sleep for 4 weeks I left the hospital after 6 weeks when I was supposed to leave after one day. I went and saw 6 specialists doctors and till now I still am sick with many side effects. I am not feeling normal again after what he did. Dr rich is losing profit for him and the hospital by his office staff. So I went somewhere else. Dr Rich was very professional and knowledgeable but needs to monitor his staff better
