Terry was assisting me for a short period of time. Reason being, he told me that a property i was interested in with an asking price of $67,000, he told me that an offer had been made for $80,000 which was not true. To this day it is pending for the asking price. He lied trying to have me make a higher offer than 80,000 to get a higher commission. That is unprofessional & disgusting.
The agents at Mid State Realty, Karen, Rose, John, Sara, Ralph...etc., etc., etc. are true professionals. After working with 100's of Real estate brokerages across the tristate area over the past 20+Years I can honestly say Mid State Realty is a quality brokerage that understands their role and does an amazing job for their buyers and sellers. I highly recommend them for all your Real estate Needs.

They have inexperience real estate agents. Never go to them. They will not even pick your phone call. They won't present your offer to the seller within the time and ultimately you will have no chance to get the property.
