My eye exam and resulting prescription from Midstate Eye were inaccurate, leading to a series of problems.. This is a noticeable decline in service compared to my past experiences, and seems to coincide with Midstate Eye's recent utilization of 3rd party management services from companies like Midwest Eye Consultants. Maddison, Karen, Ashley, and Dr Movie were all extremely nice, professional and helpful. The best eye examination place i've ever been too. I participated in the contact study as well and it was wonderful, simple and made easy by the staff.
I just finished my 3rd contact clinical trial with Dr. Movic. These contact trial studies are so fun! Dr Movic is a very kind, down to earth guy. You get free contacts, and compensation for your time… how could you go wrong?! I was a participant in a lens trial at Mid-State eye. Dr. Movic, his technicians Karen and Maddison, and the entirety of the staff were utmost professionals. Everyone was friendly and made the appointments comfortable and enjoyable. They explained every step of the process clearly and were quick to answer any questions.
