My eye exam and resulting prescription from Midstate Eye were inaccurate, leading to a series of problems. This is a noticeable decline in service compared to my past experiences, and seems to coincide with Midstate Eye's recent utilization of management services from companies like Midwest Eye Consultants. The resolution offered was unsatisfactory, with the off-site 'administrator' being presented as the sole decision-maker, effectively absolving other staff of responsibility.
My exam and prescription was inaccurate somehow which led to a series of problems. It's always been good in the past but this business was recently swallowed by a big fish so it's time to go elsewhere. Thanks to the "administrator" for valuing profits over responsibility and morality. My boyfriend and I had our eye exams here a few months ago and Dr. Dunn and Karen were AMAZING!!! Great experience, very thorough examination and Karen was so informative. Definitely recommend coming here for eye care!!
I did the contact study. Dr movack, Jen and Maddison were so awesome to work with. They are the best at what they do and they make sure you are the most comfortable. They did my contact exam and realized I had been wearing contacts 5 steps too high for me causing a lot of symptoms I was having. They got me in the correct pair of contacts and I haven’t had any problems since!! They got me in above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need.
