I had messed my eye up somehow. Looked for a place that could get me in on short notice and they did. Dr. Rodriguez and the staff took great care of me. Makes me wanna change them to my current eye doctor if I wasn't moving.

Dr. Movic and his team were wonderful to work with during my study. As this was my first experience participating in a study, they kept me well-informed and comfortable throughout the process. I have also been going to Midstate for my regular check-ups and truly appreciate their exceptional service.

I recently participated in an FDA contact lens study with Madison, Jen, and Karen, and I had a wonderful experience. From the very beginning, they made the process easy to understand and ensured I knew exactly what to expect every step of the way. They were always professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. My eye exam and resulting prescription from Midstate Eye were inaccurate, leading to a series of problems.. This is a noticeable decline in service compared to my past experiences, and seems to coincide with Midstate Eye's recent utilization of 3rd party management services from companies like Midwest Eye Consultants. The resolution offered was unsatisfactory, with the off-site 'administrator' being presented as the sole decision-maker, effectively absolving other staff of responsibility. I cannot recommend Mid-State Eye.
