I only put a one star because I had to. This place is rude and unprofessional. I get there at 12:30 for a 1:30 procedure. It’s 1:45 and I still haven’t been called back. I asked when I would be called back and she said she didn’t know. She then said that I had 2 people in front of me and didn’t know when I would be called back. So, I basically wasted my time with this place. I had to prep for a colonoscopy (terrible), take off from work, drive from Nashville just to not be seen . I highly recommend going somewhere else!!!

Had my colonoscopy done today and it was a great experience.Everyone was very polite and nice from the front desk, nurse, anesthesiologist and the doc. They walked you through the Procedure and it was easy to understand.Thank you!!!you all have a great Team there
Reading other reviews, I was a bit surprised by some of the negative comments, but I am happy to share my experience, which was a positive one. I have to start by saying I’d never been put under with anesthesia, so the thought of it made me very anxious, and I definitely was dealing with some nerves on the day of my visit. I had my first ever colonoscopy this month and I wanted to review this wonderful place. I highly recommed this location for your procedure. They went above and beyond! Everyone was wonderful, with prep questions, procedure day, follw up, etc.
