I had a great experience with this dealer. Jamal was wonderful at helping me in my time of need for a car and i was able to successfully purchase a 2015 ford explorer. This car is in great condition and i received exceptional customer service. My experience was definitely 5 stars!!!
Cars look great however these cars are being sold with issues and Jamal is being cheap and irresponsible when it comes to fixing the vehicle to make it worth the money paying for. Bought a 2016 Honda Pilot had an RPM issue Jamal stated it was a recall. Went to Honda no recall on the car however the car needs transmission flush and 7 other services and he refused to fix the problem and only wanted to change the dirty filter car has. Left the car at Honda and got my money back immediately! Doesn’t even know about Gap insurance... read more
