Ms Loretta is great ! Great customer service. And just FYI if you get a spa spend the little extra for the Bluetooth audio system. It is amazing.

Purchased a hot tub here Monday and by Tuesday evening I was relaxing in it at my house. Great customer service and very quick delivery, setup and they recommended a great electrician who was out a few hours after the tub was delivered.
i love mid south pools, great service and my two beautiful friends allen and gabe always help me with my needs. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°). i enjoy going there and talking to wolverine as well hhhmm yeah.
Owners are very nice and have always helped me to get the right part or supplies. I will continue to support this local business.
