Aaron came in less than an hour of us calling and on a holiday weekend! We're so grateful he had us fixed up quickly! Charges were very reasonable. Definitely will be using again if we ever need work done on our unit.
I have used Mid-South Heat & Air twice within the past year. Last summer my AC unit was not putting out cold air. Most recently (3/17/2025) a storm caused a wire and some fuses to burn up and messed up my transformer preventing my heat/air from turning on. Both times I have called Mid-South, they came to my house within 24 hours of calling. They value their customers time/money by finding the problem(s) quickly and efficiently and fixing them. Great people, fantastic work, trustworthy for multiple reasons: Called them due to, what I would describe as, a scratching noise coming from my return vent whenever unit was running. Called Aaron and they came right over, pulled the part and commenced to explain what was going on. At the time I didn’t have the money but despite all that they treated me like a paying customer.
