I recently had a visit with a fantastic Ear, Nose & Throat Doctor. Dr. Ann Moffatt was very kind she took her time to thoroughly check everything was gentle as well as explained and answered all questions. My wait time was very short did not feel rushed at all :) The front desk associate Amy was very friendly printed and explained all the paper-work that was needed. Great Job guys!! Gigi P.
First appointment they referred me to a speech therapy clinic that didn't take my insurance. (Why didn't they know this or check beforehand?) 6 weeks later on follow up they refer me to another place. After a week, I call and they haven't even put in the referral and the operator transferred me to the wrong doctor's voicemail. A week after that, I call again, get the same operator, she sends me to my doctor's VM and after ANOTHER WEEK, I still haven't heard anything back.
