I had a procedure performed my Dean Klug back in January to tell l correct a bilateral concha bullosa, a severely left deviated septum and a large right concha bullosa. I received a phone call from Klug from his personal cell on a random Sunday evening explaining how severe (he used the word at least three times) my condition was and how he would highly recommend a procedure to correct all these issues ASAP. I recently had a visit with a fantastic Ear, Nose & Throat Doctor. Dr. Ann Moffatt was very kind she took her time to thoroughly check everything was gentle as well as explained and answered all questions. My wait time was very short did not feel rushed at all :) The front desk associate Amy was very friendly printed and explained all the paper-work that was needed. Great Job guys!! Gigi P.
