The worst dermatology office I have been too. My patient profile was mixed with another patients profile. I do not recommend this dermatology office because my profile was mixed with another patients profile. I lost my insurance and continued to request a bill but they did not send a bill. Their excuse was “the insurance is paying all telehealth visits” after I repeatedly told them my insurance was inactive. Called to make an appt. wanting the first appt of the day. I did not care which doctor I was going to see, I just wanted the first appt of the day. They scheduled me 4 weeks out, I did not mind that. I arrived early and I see tons of people waiting, really? I filled out the paperwork before my scheduled time. 20 mins later, they call me to the front desk and I asked how much longer, its past my appt time? If you have any reason to see a dermatologist, you need to see Dr Tuli. I have very damaged skin from over sun exposure & tanning beds while I was a teenager & in my 20's. I have a couple different types of skin cancer due from tanning. It is very serious & it is very important that you see a Dermatologist that you can trust & that can keep a eye on your skin!
