DO NOT CALL!!! I called to find out why my freezer was not working on my 6 year old fridge. Was told it is probably the motherboard, but they would need a $79 diagnostic fee to make sure. They came out, replaced the motherboard for $302.00 with labor. No change. Now it needs a evaporator fan motor and water valve for a grand total of $640. This is a 6 year old fridge. I literally made an account just so that I can advise other people to not waste $75. You have to pay a fee of $75 just to have them come and tell you what is wrong with the appliance and I wouldn't even be so dissatisfied with it if they were nice and did a good job, but not only was the technician rude, but also, he actually seemed like he had no idea what he was talking about. Called about a leak in my washing machine. The service technician was prompt and on time. Checked the machine and found no leak. Discussed other possible reasons,like the soap dispenser not securely latched. I found the company to be very professional and honest with me as their customer. Would recommend them.

They did a great job!! – This company did a great job at my house. I had a refrigerator that was leaking water...and a oven that would not heat. The filter on my fridge was leaking, which he removed and didn't charge me for that repair since the filters can be bought at Lowes. The oven needed a new element. They were in and out of my house within 30 minutes. Reasonable rates, and was able to come to my house within a day.

BAD APPLES ON THE TREE / Customer Servicers – This is a very poor company and bad customer services, DO NOT CALL THEM, if you do not agree with the way they do thing, they will just tell you to take your business to another company, when ask to speak to a manager/supervisor the lady in customer services said she was the supervisor, so it like BAD APPLES on the tree

Happy customer – I just had a fantastic experience with this company, and I almost hadn't used them because of the other three reviews here. They provide warranty service for major appliance companies, and I had used them previously with no problems. I realize that it's very easy to give a bad review when you are unhappy for some reason, and I wanted my comment to counter that with my positive review. customer is wrong! – $75 for a tech to tell me the dishwasher pump was burned out. . Estimate to fix was $186 including a $70 pump. Price of pump through home depot plus fed-ex shipping was $45. I decided, what do I have to lose? I'll try my first dishwasher repair! When I took it apart I saw some glass chips inside the pump. so I tapped it on the counter and the glass came out. These folks are hacks... – Moved into new construction housing where these folks set up the appliances and nothing has worked! For the first appointment they showed up late (I had to show up late to work on account of me waiting for them to show up). After fixing the appliance they were called in for on that occasion a related appliance started having issues. Like it has been previously mentioned, scheduling with these folks is a nightmare. Do not use this company! – Customer Service very very poor. Scheduling is non-existent. This company's employees will not be honest with customers. Do not use this company.
