My first visit to this office. All on the staff that I met today were kind and professional.
They charge very high prices — $1,165 for a routine eye exam - so be aware. They are not necessarily upfront about it. Despite that, I wouldn’t give them a one star review, except that my daughter went to get a prescription for her glasses and they gave her the whole eye exam and charged this price too, even though my daughter had no eye issue and clearly didn’t need such an exam at 18 hey years old.
Very helpful receptionist. I needed an appointment unexpectedly when on travel to the US, and she was very understanding and helpful.
The most unprofessional office experience I’ve ever had! The doctor and staff were rude, condescending and so unprofessional! If you have other options I advise choosing a different practice.
