Rented at Olympic Reserve in Springfield. Management runs this place like an HOA rather than a rental complex. It is overpriced for the amenities. The walls are paper thin, and the utilities are insanely expensive because of that. They don't do snow removal from sidewalks - or at least they didn't do any until a bunch of people complained. Scamming fees, false promises, misinformation, especially with Olympic Reserve. Was told different things by different staff, all to take my fee and waste my time. Don't bother with these jokers.
