Rented at Olympic Reserve in Springfield. Management runs this place like an HOA rather than a rental complex. It is overpriced for the amenities. The walls are paper thin, and the utilities are insanely expensive because of that. They don't do snow removal from sidewalks - or at least they didn't do any until a bunch of people complained. Scamming fees, false promises, misinformation, especially with Olympic Reserve. Was told different things by different staff, all to take my fee and waste my time. Don't bother with these jokers.
DO NOT APPLY OR RENT HERE!!!!! You guys are robbing people of their money. Lying to applicants and falsifying reasons to not let us rent. The old lady manager was nice. You need to know the new manager is rude as h*ll and it's sad to see people being treated like this. We are just trying to find housing and to be lied to and turned away your stealing people's money essentially is really what's happening here.
