Could not book an appointment. Very poor customer service. She seemed to enjoy being difficult/ unhelpful and causing frustration. Apparently they won't do skin checks on Tuesdays and on other days the only times they will do is mornings because "that's the only time the doctor is alert". To me, that is concerning and shocking so I said that I would've thought she'd be alert for the whole working day? To which I was labelled as rude and sarcastic.... I was referred to Dr Oz a few years ago for monitoring and treatment of skin cancers. Dr Oz is firstly a lovely person, she is very thorough with treatment and uses modern technology to screen for skin changes. Dr Oz and her team are always great to talk to and deal with.
I have always had great treatment at the dermatology, with both previous owner, and now under Dr OZ. Today I was booked for a scraping of barnacle (that’s what they call them) on my rhs hairline that would be sent for testing. This morning I noticed that it was not visible, and wasn’t bothering me, after original appointment months ago. After informing doctor, she inspected, and agreed that there was no need to remove. I want to start by acknowledging the administration staff and nursing team, who were genuinely exceptional. Every staff member I interacted with was professional, friendly, and supportive. Their kindness and efficiency reflect very well on the clinic. Unfortunately, my consultation with Dr Gunduz was a very different experience. I left feeling dismissed, unheard, and extremely disappointed.
