Terrible customer service to start with we ask how much the appointment was for my daughter we were told if we cant afford it they will give it to someone who can then our appointment then was changed and we weren't informed then told we wont she you and hung the head of practice is very rude and probably doesn't deserve your money go else where.
More interested in money than outcomes
Really impressed with my experience here from start to finish. I received a number of reminder notifications ahead of my appointment to sort out my referreal, which was a nice touch and made the whole process seamless. The intake process was thorough and well thought out. They took the time to properly capture my history before I even saw the doctor, so the consultation itself flowed naturally and efficiently. Could not book an appointment. Very poor customer service. She seemed to enjoy being difficult/ unhelpful and causing frustration. Apparently they won't do skin checks on Tuesdays and on other days the only times they will do is mornings because "that's the only time the doctor is alert". To me, that is concerning and shocking so I said that I would've thought she'd be alert for the whole working day? To which I was labelled as rude and sarcastic....
