We were on the market for a bit with very little traction, and it was getting frustrating. After bringing in Mid Modern Designs for staging, everything changed. The home in Sherman Oaks finally felt bright, modern, and easy to understand. We ended up getting strong interest immediately and sold quicker than we thought possible, over asking!
