Started a job and then just stopped showing up. No explanation. Didn’t answer my texts or calls. Just disappeared after the job was already started. The work they did do before disappearing needed to be redone. Tom or his crew also dumped trash including the old tile and chunks of concrete they had removed onto the back side of my property, thinking I wouldn’t see it I guess. Tom is as professional, experienced, and efficient as they come. We had a drainage issue with our plumbing lines. Tom was there to save the day. We have used his services on a few occasions over the years, and I wouldn't ever call anyone else. Fast, friendly, & all around great service provider. Very reasonable on price too!!
