Didn’t even know a frozen leach field was a thing, but I do now! Brandon responded immediately and was able to get somebody out to pump my overflowing tank within hours. On a Saturday. In February. That’s customer service. Thanks Mid MN team! I opted to not share a photo….
Called a different service on a Friday, they called us back Saturday telling us they would contact us Monday. Left them another message Monday. Called Mid MN Monday night - they called back that evening. They were at our house before 8 am the next morning.. Fantastic customer service he located the issue and solved the problem.
Out of the 10 I called they were the first and definitely show they know their stuff and care about the customer. Above and beyond service!!!
