The entire staff of Df. Webner was so kind and pleasant. Dr. Webner was so informative and kind. Love this place. It was well worth the 1hr.drive.
Very positive experience. My girl who is usually crying and whining at the vet was surprisingly relaxed. The waiting area and rooms were also supportive of some ease and not generic sterile rooms which was helpful as I waited for results. Everyone we interacted with was patient and kind. Dr. Werner was very thorough with his explanation of my girls result and of what I can/should do moving forward. Dr. Werner and Brianna ensured I left with clarity and a genuine feeling of being supported.
Took my champion female in for her echocardiogram. Very welcoming when I came in. Very clean atmosphere. Took her back right away and she was finished and we were ready to go in 30 minutes. Didn’t even have time to make the complementary coffee and finish it.Very pleased this is my third visit there. Will definitely be going back again.
