Called to schedule appt with Dr Steven's. The receptionist did nothing except discourage me from the very beginning. By the time I was done listening to her crap for 10 minutes, I decided they didnt want a new patient and hung up on her. She obviously did not want to give me an appointment. The Dr is a really good carpal tunnel surgeon.....too bad his staff is terrible and doesn't like people. The receptionists name was Rachael.
