Workmanship was great, price was great and the 2 guys that came to my home to replace my truck window were AWESOME. Friendly, quick and personable. I highly recommend Mid MI Glass Works
I hired Mid Michigan Glassworks to install a Kohler shower door. They installed it not level/out of plumb, chipped my wood door, chipped my tile and drilled 10 holes in my tile in the wrong location, among other issues. The door was very hard to open and close. The installers said "everything went good." The owner said that the installation was fine and there was nothing wrong with it and refused to correct/repair any of the issues he caused because "they were my fault." Had a horrible experience with this company, I had a new window installed last fall, this spring it started leaking, they came out again (only after weeks of no communication for an appointment, had to have the body shop get on them to come out) they came out again, within just a couple weeks it was still leaking, clearly they are not capable on fixing this. When I requested my money back they said they had to call the body shop on a Monday, which they never did, it was only after telling them if they did not return my money... read more
