Drove my client to an echo appointment, and found that the place is the same building as Flint Medical Group. North of Court St. and before the curve on Graham Rd. if you're coming from Corunna rd. Very nice staff, no wait time when we arrived they were ready for us.
For the past five years, I've been getting bills sent to my house for the previous owner. I've sent them back consistently with a note to contact him for a current address. Competent billers and other office staff would put a returned mail flag on his account and contact him for an updated address. This issue continues. The person who answered the phone when I called to see if I could have them resolve this issue violated HIPAA and disclosed patient information.
