Perhaps the issues in the negative reviews have been taken care of, as they all seem to be from a few years ago. My experience so far has been nothing but positive and friendly. I've seen Dr. Rataiczak and she took her time explaining things in my initial appointment, and made a helpful and correct diagnosis. She was very pleasant and personable. I had to reschedule my follow-up appointment and the receptionist was also nothing but friendly, polite, and helpful.

I highly recommend Dr Othieno. She was able to diagnose and come up with a treatment plan where I am now feeling fantastic. An added benefit, she has a wonderful ‘bedside manner’. The office support staff is extremely helpful too; thereby making the visits so much more pleasant.

I absolutely adore Dr.Othieno she has put tubes in my sons ears and soon in my daughters. she is so sweet and my kids are so comfortable with her. She cares so much for her patience’s. I highly recommend her to anyone searching for a ENT !

This was years ago now but we still remember his number h we hate this practice. They missed my husband’s bacterial infection thst caused holes in his septum. They operated to purportedly repair ssid hokes and failed because they didn’t treat the underlying infection. When they saw him afterward - they told him he’d have to live with the homes in his lining. He saw a Richmond VA ENT who fixed his infection and the hole. Appointment was at 3:45 at 4:20 I asked the front desk why I hadn’t been seen. Finally was seen at 4:45
