Mid-Island Mortgage was extremely efficient. Stephanie S****** deserves an A++ as she was a true professional and very responsive.
Worst mortgage company ever! They screwed my escrow account and increased my mortgage payment to $13000 more per month. They paid country tax on someone else's mortgage and put the bill on me accidentally , and said I owe them money when it's not even my tax. I have asked them to fix it for many months, and they kept giving me excuses. I also wrote them multiple emails to remove my PMI, they never response. Watch out for this company! They are not honest! I am now just trying to find a lawyer to deal this for me.

Due to the fact that taxes were not escrowed and no evidence of payment was received, a total of $33,891.63 was disbursed on March **, 2017 for delinquent taxes to protect our interest in the mortgaged property.
