I would give ZERO (0) stars if I could. My daughter is a teacher and selected them from the teacher's union publication. The process was extraordinarily nitpicky and labor intensive for us. They refused to get anything from the coop's attorney or seller's attorney, forcing us to provide everything. They let things sit around and never followed up to expedite the closing.
