Going to this clinic was a mistake. Dr Kugler was awful. He was rude, inconsiderate, thoughtless, and had a horrible attitude. He seemed to think patient care was below him. The doctor never introduced himself apologized, or even looked me in the eye. What a total jerk! I have no complaint with the office staff.
The candor and efficiency of staff is beyond subpar and highly unprofessional. They communicate poorly and treat patients like trash. Don’t go here.
The PA Jasmine is absolutely wonderful. Listens, asks questions to get you the treatment(s) you need. Friendly and fast. I highly recommend her.
