We had a very frustrating and unprofessional experience with the buyer’s home inspector. He arrived about 45 minutes earlier than the scheduled time, which immediately created issues. We had planned accordingly, and our dogs would have already been out of the home if he had arrived at the agreed time. Instead, he complained about them, which felt unfair. While our house was being built, I knew I wanted a professional to look over everything. Dennis did a pre-drywall inspection and found at least half a dozen things the county inspector missed. Pre-closing, we had him do another inspection, and got a 66 page report of issues. We are literally the only house on the block that isn't fighting with the builder, trying to get problems fixed. He's worth tenfold what he charges.
