Dennis inspected our home and he was very cooperative and friendly. When hiring an inspector, you want someone who is knowledgeable, honest, forthright, and thorough. Dennis did not disappoint and provided advice on how to resolve issues he found with our home. Highly recommend, great service!
While our house was being built, I knew I wanted a professional to look over everything. Dennis did a pre-drywall inspection and found at least half a dozen things the county inspector missed. Pre-closing, we had him do another inspection, and got a 66 page report of issues. We are literally the only house on the block that isn't fighting with the builder, trying to get problems fixed. He's worth tenfold what he charges.
I'm sorry to have to be the first negative review here. I hired Mid Florida Home Inspections to inspect a rental property in Ruskin. They had me share the tenant contact information so they could work with them directly to schedule. All went well until my tenant took off work to be present for the scheduled appointment and the inspector did not call or show up. I would have considered it professional to at least call and cancel.
