i have bought 2 units off mid-florida the last one 2018 i have sold 4 units for them also my friend 80 years old called and told me on a scheduled maint they charged him 650 dollars to replace a capacitor and a board under warranty they were coming to my house 3 days later so i knew to watch them so i tell the tech chris my unit is under warranty and he says that won't save me money then tells me i need a capacitor 250 dollars and 65 dollars to register my warranty i told him to pack his tools up and i take this ca... read more

I am a 100% disabled 67 yr old Veteran and my wife is 100% disabled in a wheelchair. After a $184 gold club member service visit, called out a supervisor as the less than 5 year old 5 ton Carrier they installed was still not cooling. Supervisor claimed to inspect ductwork under house and all was in good condition so advised $4000 ceiling dust seal and clean. This company will rip you off! They charge $2,000-3,000 more than their competitors. Do not buy from them! They will also only come back to your house to try to sell you more stuff you don't need at an outrageous price. Yes, the people are nice and professional (our installation techs were teens). The adults in the company are completely dishonest. Do NOT trust these people. These teens didn't even fill the unit with the proper fluids to allow the unit to work and when we called them back out because our house was not cooli... read more

just completed a full a/c install very very pleased with the service techs Matt and Christian from the melbourne office were excellent professionsl and very knowledgable they worked as a team and got the job done efficiently completed and checked every step cleaned up they didnt leave anything left over i highly recommend this company the price was right the experience was very pleasant from the first call to ashley to get an appointment to daniel bakos and the installers in between keep up the great work
