Dr Brenett was extremely rude and non helpful also upon asking any question her staff had very unclear answers , no one seems to help or coordinate or reply to messages or concerns of client
Pros: The staff and doctor were kind, there were free samples of skin care products, and the location was easy to find. To note: I was taken from the waiting room to an exam room ten minutes late. Overall score: A-
Cancelled my appointment without letting me know. Drove there and wasted my time.
These people miss the whole point of making an appointment. Be ready to wait way past your appointment time. Waited and waited to be seen only to make another appointment for the correct doctor.
They called me yesterday to confirm the appointment, and today the offices are closed because "inclement weather". If you live here you will know that we weren't affected for "Idalia". And if you are going to close, why don't you send a message or an email? I just found out when I came to the building and then I called their number, because there is no even a sign here.
