Worst experience. Dr. Was rude, rushed, condescending and seemed a bit mad that I had many areas that needed to be frozen. I had melanoma back in 2013. I had not been to the dermatologist in a few years so apparently I had a lot of areas to be frozen. I have never had a dermatologist freeze off spots without lifting the nitrogen and moving to next spot she went up and down my arms without lifting to move to next area. 45 minutes later my arms are still in such pain. Still waiting for a call back regarding my results from a test 4 weeks ago. Ive left countless messages and been told a task is left for someone to call me. Wont recommend anyone to this location again. Also update the hours of your office because i called before 5pm as stated on website to be told yall close at 4…… All I want to know is my results.

Forced to walk out of my dermatology appointment. I needed a small procedure. The front desk didn’t process my insurance before beginning as their computer system wasn’t syncing. Dr. Enid Burnett was harsh and rude the second I started asking any questions about my procedure. Had an appointment scheduled today. I can understand when places get short staffed or run into other issues, I have no problem rescheduling. But the real issue is not being notified about the change. FYI they’re closed on Tuesday just a heads up for anyone. Will not be going here again - took time off of work in which this could have been avoided if they let their patients know. Never will be going here again.
