If you end up dealing with their AI after hours, good luck—you’ll be out of it. For over two weeks I tried to get them back after installing a brand-new 4.5-ton AC system that already had thermostat issues (the one they installed). At first, I reached a live person who told me there were no appointments for three days but assured me I’d be put on the “next available” list. A week passed—no calls. For over two weeks I’ve been trying to get them to come back after installing a brand new 4.5-ton AC system—and it’s already having issues with the thermostat they installed. Despite repeated calls, they still haven’t bothered to show up or address the problem. Buying new equipment shouldn’t mean getting ignored when it fails on day one.

I called and spoke to Cori to get an estimate scheduled for a new unit. She was very helpful in getting me on the schedule the same day. Brian called me when he was on the way and was able to provide me with an estimate that same day. Brian and Cori were both very efficient in getting me on the schedule and providing me with am estimate for a new system. I highly recommend them both and will be getting a new system installed in the next week.
