Roland did our AC maintenance today and was great to work with. Very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He made sure everything was running smoothly before he left. Really appreciate the great service!

We had Mid-Florida Air conditioning come to confirm the damper on our HVAC system was not functioning properly. The technician confirmed it was the actuator. He quoted us $900 for the repair and stated would be an hour repair. We did our research and found the replacement part from Honeywell to be $150. The quote was not itemized parts vs labor etc but we can only assume their labor is $750 per hour for an HVAC technician. Be aware.
Sunday evening emergency service…Roland was very responsive came out Sunday evening and worked for an hour and a half. Roland is very polite and knowledgeable that he was able to get our system up and running. I would highly recommend Roland for any HVAC Service repair!
