First off I have been an entrepreneur for over 10 years and if I have my doors open and somebody needs something customers come first no matter what. I went on the U-Haul website to look for a truck to haul furniture out of a house that needs to be completed before the first of the month and it shows online they have one available after them not answering the phone I drove to their business they were in the office and said they are closed.
