Wonderful and caring staff. I always have a quick, simple visit when I come here!
I use MDI imaging whenever I can. I'm very impressed with their staff, especially the radioligists. I never feel like an imaging study. I am treated like a person. Their equipment is state-of-the art. We are lucky to have this business in Dover.
I have been coming to MDI since I moved to Delaware in 2004 and each year my experience is always wonderful. My Mammography was not easy for me because I suffer from scoliosis and it's difficult for me to stand straight BUT the woman who did my test was SO caring and helped make my time there SO much easier! I also had a C/T scan and that lady was also a wonderful woman who made me feel valued as a patient. I will continue to come to MDI each and every time I need something done!
This was my first time at the office and the staff was not want you should expect from a doctors office. I walked in and signed my name no one said anything to me so I took a seat 20 min of waiting to see if anyone would acknowledge me I worked back over to the desk and asked do I need to wait to be called. All in all I would never be back there nor would I recommend anyone there due to there rude staff. First impression is everything.
The staff is so friendly and professional. It's fast and friendly service. Lexie is extremely nice.
Always had a good experience here, the lady that takes the CT scan is wonderful, only complaint is they always seem to be running late
A very good experience. There was no wait, very friendly staff, and I was in and out in no time. Very pleasant having the x rays.
