Unfortunately we did not have a good experience on Friday, March 13. I walked in with my two-year-old, hand off the order, my license and his insurance card which has both of our names on it. The lady is confused why we are there, she proceeds to asked numerous questions not understanding that it’s for my two-year-old. She then takes all of our information, and puts him in as a 31-year-old male with my birthdate. We called back to the room in the woman is not sure if the x-ray was supposed to be for me or for him. RecommendedBarbara did an excellent job on my Ultrasound. She made it a very pleasant experience and I will continue to have future tests done at this facility. Everyone there was very friendly and professional.
