Dr. Nelson and staff are awesome! I have suffered with headaches and migraines since I was 5. Every day for months I wake up with by head hurting at 2 or 3 in the morning. I couldn't rest well. My husband and I both started seeing dr. Nelson and with in a matter of 2weeks with getting my neck adjusted my headaches are hardly coming up.
