I used Mid Continent Title for the purchase of my house in October 2022. They did not find the covenants on my property, which cost me thousands of dollars in work to correct the variances. I left a message with them about this and never heard back. We were never given documents about a covenant from our realtor or the selling parties realtor, and our closing documents say no HOA. I thought this was part of the underwriting at the title company to find these things and help the buyer.
They are THE Best Title company in the Tulsa area. Drew is the attorney who reads the abstracts and he is always timely! Charity Zachariae is a superior "Closer". She knows how to explain each document in detail without going too fast or sounding condescending to clients. She is my go-to! If You are looking for a title company this is where you want to be. Check them out, you won't be disappointed.
